At Chic-Lucky, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
